Reading back I've realised how hard the team were working over the 2 days- well done all of you and a happy Xmas to everyone. PS- I hope my Reg 'took' cos I think 'today's t day'! Not certain admunch was problem , but all problems commenced after I right clicked within msn front page and asked admunch to do some work. It's for a legitimate reason. So you can set keyboard shortcuts for a few things.

Jeffrey Cole Ad Muncher. The registration was a bit of a pain, but it did finally get done. Not real sure why one is needed to block ads. Installed the program, received the licence but not inserted the licence into the program, using Internet explorer 8 in privacy mode. I tried to write click and stop ads, which were all flash. I have absolutely no reason to doubt your wisdom,incidentally,and am always willing to learn a bit more,even at my advanced age,having been online since time immemorial. Using them with Ad Muncher is just asking for trouble.

Ad Muncher should NOT be slowing down anything on your system. Only conflicts with add-ons or improperly configured firewalls can cause this. However,it's now taking some pages up to 30 seconds to render,whereas before it was more or less instant. This isn't a criticism of Ad Muncher,merely an observation,which a few others may need to heed. Ad Muncher didn't. Before using Ad Muncher SuperAntiSpyware was finding and deleting about 70 malware each and every day.

After installing Ad Muncher this has been reduced to approx 12 malware per day. And I expect that if I tweak Ad Muncher the unwanted spyware shall be reduced further.

Can I use this "on demand"? I am living in Argentina. Will ad-muncher basic work in these latitudes and longitudes?. I've installed the software and i can't register it yet. You don't need to configure anything.

And yes Ad Muncher needs server rights. Do I need to configure anything or will Ad Muncher works out of the box? I have installed Ad Muncher but I'm not sure if it is working. Can you give us an example of a site with lots of Ads so that I can test out Ad Muncher? I do not know of any sites I go to that have Ads, and even so, I would not know if they are Ads or flash? I read them and have learned quite a bit by doing so. Installed ad muncher which according to my install monitor program modified several "critical registry entries" which is not unusual.

Then ad muncher asked for server rights which i did not allow. However, then i could not get online. Uninstalled ad muncher, now i can get online fine.

I'm not certain if ad munchers changing of the registry or because i blocked server rights caused the no online issue. I love this software! My wife will now let me use some otherwise plagued websites by naughty unrelated adds.
